Vital Nursing Home Care

If anybody loves or cares about a resident of a nursing home or a person receiving care at home (one who is even partially or largely dependent), detailed plans must be established and continually evaluated in order to provide for the utmost well-being of this needy person. The single most essential component of a successful program is for the resident continually to receive throughout each day as much "one on one" attention as possible, either from a dedicated family member, friend, or hired attendant (who must constantly be monitored to confirm that he/she is a reliable worker extending the proper loving care).

It will be torture for the dependent loved one if the family assumes that the staff at the nursing home will provide the quality of care needed for such a helpless person. The workers might exert good effort, but they are overburdened and, most especially, without the deep affection and particular concern for the dependent loved one. The situation is definitely comparable to a student placed in a class of thirty versus being with an individual tutor. ANY time left uncovered from loving "one on one" care greatly increases the possibilty of discomfort, pain, suffering, and/or death for the dependent loved one. The situation is also like leaving a baby alone with a small amount of water in the tub for only a brief period of time.

EVERYTHING must be fully monitored from "A-Z." The trouble that the needy loved one incurs will be directly proportional to the oversights, apathy, lack of participation, etc. of the caretakers. Believe me and trust me when I say that disaster can and will emanate from the most innocuous of situations. Failure of the reader to imprint my words deeply onto his/her soul will result in severe negative consequences for the dependent loved one.
